I love my new home. GT Development did fabulous work and were great partners in building the house of my dreams from the ground up.

Having recently moved from NC to TX, I had a great experience working with what I found to be a great builder to work with while building our new TX home. It was a great experience to work with their great crews. Things went exceptionally well from beginning to end. It was obvious they took ownership and were equally proud of their work. Quality work and quality products are evident throughout the home. Great project management skills and organization put our minds at ease during the whole construction process. We didn’t have to worry about all the ins and out of construction in another state. Thanks GT Development for a job well done.

GT built two homes for me, and I am considering another purchase. They build a beautiful home, great value and they are very easy to deal with. I have worked with other builders and GT is far easier, on time, professional and very accomplished on their own, but also in comparison to other builders.

I purchased my home in the Oaks of Windcrest in March 2021 and have been very pleased. It is a quality built home and I plan to make it my forever home. Everything they have done has been first class. They have an excellent staff and if I find something that is not "just right" they are right on top of it!
