Guarentee Services did an excellent job restoring my house after a tub leak flooded my guest bedrooms. Crew was friendly, kept me informed on the timeline of what/when they were doing certain things, cleaned up after themselves everyday and just overall great group of people to work with. Edgar (project manager) always answered any questions I had, did a walkthrough almost everyday and made sure I was satisfied with how things were progressing. Definitely recommend their services to anyone needing restoration done in their home.

My washing machine malfunctioned and water overflowed out of washer. Flooded laundry room and kitchen on a Friday night. GRS was the first company that popped in my head. Kameron Givens was the representative that was sent to my home and could not have asked for a better Rep. Kameron was very attentive to the situation and made sure I was ok with everything before he left that night. He came over every afternoon to check on job and I was very grateful for that. My house was in the middle of a remodel with freshly painted cabinet, etc. The team was very kind and very careful of placement of equipment. Very happy with the overall experience with GRS. Edgar Lopez and his crew restored my guest bedroom after an a/c pipe flooded the room. They started by replacing the insulation, dry wall and lighting fixture. They painted the entire room and put it back together, after another remediation group left things less than ideal. I am more than pleased with the results and I admit to being less than easy to please.

Worked with Edgar Lopez when our house had water damage. Changed our wood floors,Sheetrock repairs and painting. Edgar and his team were very easy and a pleasure to work with.
