Huge thank you to Angela Kacprowicz and Guaranteed Garage Doors for coming out and fixing my dropping garage door! I have been in my home over two years and never did maintenance 😅 They came out within 24 hours, educated me, fixed my door in less than an hour, and performed maintenance. They even made my loud motor less noisy, and adjusted a bad installation from whichever budget company the builders had used. I cannot thank them enough!!! Call them about their packages for yearly maintenance - not only is it at a discounted price, but they discount on service/repairs as well when you have the package!

I had an amazing experience with Guaranteed Garage Repair. Greg was my technician he installed a brand new garage door operator for me. It had MyQ that I never knew existed and you can open and close it from your cell phone.

I already paid for the service, but I have to say your advertising is extremely misleading. The ad promotes one price, but when it comes time to pay, the labor alone is $245. If that’s the actual price, then that’s what should be clearly advertised. Don’t post $100 and then charge $245. That’s not transparent and it’s not professional. I also tried calling Richard to ask why the labor cost was so high. He hung up on me and never called back. That level of customer service is unacceptable. This whole experience felt dishonest and unprofessional. I will not be booking with your company again. Please update your ads to reflect the real pricing so other customers aren’t misled the way I was.
