Guaranteed Roof

Christian Brown was awesome. He did a thorough job and even went the extra mile and cleaned up so they everything looked brand new. Super nice guy as well. I could not recommend this company and Christian more.

Guaranteed Roof accomplished difficult task. Our townhouse is three stories high in the front so they adjusted by accessing roof from back terrace. Christian & Matt B., were efficient with their time but made sure they were not rushed or hindered by lack of daylight. They made sure I saw as much of the "before & after" then completely cleaned the back terrace as well as front drive. They walked be through the process before it started and then reviewed detailed checklist of what was accomplished. I am looking forward to the completion of the final product application to protect this prepped and clean roof. Thanks to you both. The crew that did the pool house roof. Went above and beyond my expectations. I was impressed by the way they worked together and how the rest of the crew showed up when they got off to help out the two guys that were on my pool roof for 12 hours straight. This helpfulness and loyalty impress me. This was the Gonzalez crew that did the pool roof.The roof Max people that did my house roof. We're professional and mostly informative. I was promised that they would spray down the bushes and the house siding before and after the roof Max treatment was applied to the roof. I did have to clean up after them some. Not a lot, but it was still stuff they left. And I had to clean up after them.

We have roof installed early this year by this company. It's already falling apart. We tried contacting the office multiple times, no call back at all!!! We are now thinking of going through the legal route now. Please beware , so far this has been an awful experience. Zero stars. Reply to owner: this is under the name of Michael Folk, transferred from Matesh Patel last Sept. Roof was done between _Feb to April. Please try to call us back- we've been trying to call you so many times. No anwers, shingles are falling off our roof.

The guys who soft washed my roof today did an excellent job. They were very consistent and thorough from start to finish Braedon in particular spent hours making sure every bit of mildew was completely removed from my roof. They did not rush the job at all on top of that and Christian made sure to clean the siding and wash off my driveway before they left. I really appreciate how conscientious and detail oriented they were. I am very pleased with their work and would definitely recommend them.
