We have used Guardian for our last three roofs and have been impressed each time. Jack was courteous and respectful all throughout the process and even provided arial view pics from his drone. Beautiful new roof we're proud of.

This is the first time I have had a roof replaced and Jack Funderberg was with us through the entire process from the initial inspection, to being there with the insurance adjuster at 8am on a Saturday morning, and reviewing the final install at the end. He was super responsive, took time to explain things to me, and was not pushy on trying to sell stuff. Him and his team worked with the insurance company and he got me the best deal he could. Overall, really happy with Jack and Guardian Exteriors!

Guardian did our roof 9 years ago with a 10 year leak-free guarantee. Since then I've had leaking into the house that started about 5 years ago. I've had them come out, and they always blame something that's not their fault. However, when other companies come out, they don't agree. I just found out now that when they replaced the roof, they didn't reflash around the chimney because insurance didn't pay for it. However they didn't let me know so I could cover the difference, and that's exactly where it's leaking. The first person who came out was "99.9% sure it wasn't the mortar around the chimney, it was the flashing, and we'll get you taken care of." However, as soon as the owner saw the iPhone pictures, the assessment changed to "it's definitely the mortar, and here's a $3300 estimate to

This company did a great job on our roof and gutters. Jack Funderburg worked with us from the first inspection till the job was complete. He communicated with us through the whole process and kept us up to date on what was going on. The company was a big help working with our insurance. Highly recommend.

Had damage on my roof and called this company and what an amazing company this is. One of the sales guys Rocky Patterson came out and affirmed I needed a new roof. Gave me all the information I needed to make a claim and even helped me do it. Within a week adjusters came and Rocky was here with me , which I have never had someone from a company come stay while adjusters were here. My claim was successful n within 4 days had my new roof. This company did an amazing job they were here at 7:30 am n were through by 1:45 pm ..they did an excellent job too I am very pleased. I would recommend them to everyone from the owners to office staff to sales and crew everyone was nice and worked with perfection. Thank you Guardian Exteriors for my beautiful new roof.
