Guardian Garage Floors

This has been the best experience! Our patio was badly in need of updating, nothing has been done since the house was built. The Guardian team was efficient, arrived on time every time, and their work was superb. They arranged for concrete repair and grinding off the old finish, and prepping the concrete for application of the finish. The finish is all we expected - it's beautiful, not slick when it rains, and it was ready for us to use the next afternoon. Very pleased with the final results and highly recommend Guardian!

I had a phenomenal experience from Guardian upgrading my pool patio area. Derrick and his 2 man crew showed up right on time and went directly to work. The quality of the work was outstanding. They completed the project by mid afternoon, cleaned everything up, and were gone. My Wife can’t believe the difference. I highly recommend Guardian. Their staff is professional, and the cost for the project came in less than I expected! 5 Stars for sure!

We absolutely love our new garage floor! The entire experience was fantastic, from getting the quote, scheduling the work, and the actual installation. Every Guardian employee we spoke with gives the impression that they love their job and they were all very professional. Derrick and Nate were our installers. They let us know when they were on the way and arrived on time. They confirmed our color choice and what we wanted coated. They were very efficient and were done much sooner than we expected, even with all our neighbors stopping by to admire their work! The floor is perfect. Believe all the good reviews! My wife and I could not be happier with our beautiful new garage floor. From the moment Eric presented his proposal, through the meticulous installation last week by Derrick, Xavier and Keenan, we found the Guardian professionals to be extremely knowledgeable, careful, deliberate and friendly. They were all excellent listeners and very conscientious. No wonder Guardian enjoys such an outstanding reputation.

Being an extremely picky, detailed oriented, and technical person, I started my research looking at epoxy (what others use) vs. polyaspartic polyurea coatings (Guardian's coating) in an attempt to educate myself on a floor coating that would not only have long-lasting durability but meet my stringent aesthetic requirements. When going through the down selection process I reviewed the material technical data sheets, application process, etc. and then requested a coating quote for both an extended two car garage and a two car shop. What impressed me from the beginning is that out of all the companies which I requested a quote, Guardian, who are based out of Tempe AZ., was the ONLY company that actually made a visit to my home in order to assess the scope of the project.
