If I could give a negative number of stars I would. This company teams with local third party movers to complete jobs. They showed up with a uhaul, were entirely unprofessional, several hours late and showed no regard for our furniture/items. Most things arrived damaged or completely broken and some were wet from their “safe and protected storage facility” would not recommend

Initial sales guy Matt told me my belongings would be delivered in 4-6 days. I had specifically told him about a bad experience my brother had waiting for a month for his belongings & how with my spine problems I can't sleep on the floor for weeks. He assured me it wouldn't be long. Cross country movers, who actually picked up my belongings, told me I had to use first available delivery date as date after I arrived and when they left they said they were getting on the road. I signed a bunch of papers quickly after 3 hours of noise and disruption while trying to work. No opportunity to read all the paperwork. Fast forward to today, my belongings are still in the state I left, no idea when someone will pick it up and deliver. I get no proactive communication and when I call, I get attitude

DoD needs to revoke contracts to this company. They don’t follow their own standards. Their note says customer will be provided an AM or PM time frame, none was provided. Staff has no information an does not follow up. Staff pushes customers to ‘quality control’ who falsely poses as DoD representative. Finally items were damaged by ‘Direct Movers’ the company this company subcontracts out. One example attached. Unsatisfactory any way you add this up.

ZERO STARS!!!!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! They charged me an extra $900 at pickup even though they had photos and detailed inventory. My items took WEEKS to arrive and they gave no updates! I called for two weeks before getting ahold of someone. Nikki, Joe, and Roselyn ignored my calls for NINE DAYS! My things were picked up 4/19/25 and I just got through on the phone 4/30. Just get a moving truck and do it yourself — it’ll be cheaper and faster. RUN, DON’T WALK, AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I’d go lower than one star if I could..The move was a disaster… I was quoted like $1900 and ended up paying $5k plus. They subcontracted to United Speed Movers in NJ who broke some of my stuff. They were days late, and alleged the truck starter went and rescheduled numerous times… finally moving my stuff at 9:00 at night. They dragged boxes in and made a mess.. telling me at one point they could not get my queen mattress/box spring up the stairs. It was a cluster…. They charged me for wardrobe boxes and numerous up charges. They are very persistent, and The lead guy making the initial contact was very friendly and understanding, so you think this is the company you’re dealing with, but then they pass it off to the guys that screw you.
