Guardian Roofing

Cant say I would recommend. Install of metal roof took longer than it should. Stopped receiving response to warranty related inquiries. Very evident that there was no care during installation and touch up was abundant and careless.

Keelin was wonderful from beginning to end.....Very Knowledgeable...Professional.....Courteous.....Explained everything very understandably....Everything was accomplished very rapidly...We were under the gun to meet the requirements of the insurance company and Keelin met our needs beautiful.....GREAT JOB!

I used Guardian for two projects. One of the projects was unplanned, and urgent. They worked to fit me in a busy end of season schedule. Sent a very solid crew out to do a double tear off, repair, and reinstall. The entire team from sales to install was great to work with. They installed a roof that for the first time since i have owned the house does not leak. Even when (due to the homes history) we did a water test around the chimney they came out when there was a question to make sure there were no issues (and there were not with the roof) to make sure things were done right. Royce and the Crew that did the work, earned my trust.

Keelin is a major asset for the company. I was in a pickle and needed a quote ASAP and he delivered me a professional report in less than 24 hours - even with a packed schedule! The guy is a rockstar!

Reroof of home. Keelin (salesman) was great. Crew worked hard, professional, efficient. House tear off and reroof in two days. Looks great!!!!
