⭐ Where’s the negative star when you need it? I reached out to Gudmunson Septic to arrange for a soil test and initially felt optimistic. He was upfront about being booked three weeks out, which I agreed to. After discussing the project details, he instructed me to go to the county and file for a septic site registration, which I did—paying $568 with the understanding that we were getting started. After that? Radio silence. I notified him by both email and text that I had completed the county registration. No reply. A week passed. I followed up—again, no response. Another week. Still nothing. I kept reaching out over the course of a month with no replies, no updates, no explanation. The county hadn’t heard from him either. At that point, I was beginning to question whether this company

It seems the other reviews were SPOT ON. Awful communication from Dick. If this is how they treat people before even getting the job, I can only imagine the mess they leave behind. From looks of over reviews, it seems typical. Yikes! Thanks but no thanks!

Terrible communication and service. Never responds and Dick doesn’t do what he says he’d do in regards to septic services and blames you for him not doing what he said he would do.
