We had a mini split systems installed today. It cooled the house in a matter of a half hour. Gudorf people were knowledgeable and friendly. However the vents put in the walls at $500.00 each don't blow enough air to cool the rooms. We called and everyone is too busy to fix the problem. The salesman sold us the unit and moved onto his next sucker's. I mean customers. It is 85 degrees in the rooms and the crew tore up our backyard getting out of our yard. They were supposed to fix our issues and yard and it's been over two weeks. We paid close to $14,000 for this system that doesn't work and have not solved the issue.

Instead of leaving us without help, they went above and beyond by bringing large heating units to our home to keep our basement warm and prevent our pipes from bursting. They traveled down an unplowed road with steep hills—no easy task in the snow—and still made sure the heaters were safely set up so our family could stay warm. I am very happy with this company. They provided services for a commercial project. Part of the work was a redo of another company's work that was faulty. I spent over one month trying to get this resolved with the other company and Gudorf had the issues resolved in a couple of days. In a separate project, they also added new units and I am happy with the customer service, timeliness, HVAC and electrical work.

Frank was very nice and was educating me on everything that needed to be done. I needed a leak fixed on my main water shut off valve and he easily fixed with no issues. The project was affordable as well!
