The entire reason why I opted to go with Guevara insulation was that according to their estimates they could get the insulation job done before the expiration of the bonus rebate from Minnesota Energy Resources, the beginning of the job was scheduled for mid November, and after being talked into getting spray foam due to not having a vapor barrier in my attic which was being retrofit to qualify for the previously mentioned rebates, I ended up having a bill larger than I wanted to but reluctantly agreed upon after some negotiation and assurance that it'd be done and I'd get the bonus from MERC. Fast forward to today, I got the standard rebate, no bonus (because the rebate form wasn't postmarked prior to the 8th of December) and I'm left wondering why I didn't go with another contractor. Th

Guevara Insulation absolutely knocked it out of the park with their spray foam work. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly detail-oriented. They showed up on time, communicated clearly, and treated the space with care and respect. The quality of the spray foam application is outstanding. Clean lines, consistent coverage, and no shortcuts. You can tell they take pride in their craft. The difference in temperature control and air sealing was noticeable immediately. Staff worked hard and very thoroughly removed the old insulation, sealed as needed. new shuts, bathroom duct wrap and created new attic hatch. Plastic down from door was to attic access to minimize mess, and cleaned up very good when job was finished. Would highly recommend their services!

They did more damage to my house than good and they don't even know how to use a caulk gun! My bills are higher and my ice dams are bigger!!! I highly recommend you call somebody else!

Luis and Ryan were exceptional. I had my attic spray foamed this spring and and fireproof with painting and they did a wonderful job. It is a family owned business. Luis is the son of the owner and he was so helpful and professional. The cleanup was excellent.Very reasonably priced! I checked around and compared prices with other insulation companies and they were the cheapest. Very professional and very communicative as well! I would definitely recommend.
