We came back from a tropical vacation to a freezing house. We put in a call to Guinan’s and Liam was at our house that morning. It was a bigger repair than he was prepared for but he made a trip to Omaha and got the necessary parts that day. I felt bad that he was working after 5 pm on Thanksgiving Eve but it didn’t bother him. He offered great service, and was very kind and polite. Guinans will always be our #1 hvac company!

Are furnace went out on the last cool day of the year. Did not worry about it at the time then it got warmer and realized are ac stopped working also. When I called they answered on the first ring. The technician was so amazing. He new what to look for immediately. He was finished faster than I expected. If I ever have any other issues this will be my go to place. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Mark and Liam were able to squeeze me in on a really hot day. I had my mom staying with us who has COPD and has a hard time breathing with hot or cold temperatures. I had groceries delivered earlier than expected and my mom tried to carry the bags and Liam stopped what he was doing and helped her. He got my AC fixed within a few hours. Very reliable, affordable and professional. Highly recommend !!

We needed some service this morning on our furnace and Liam was here within a half hour of our call to the office.
