Dave the tech was a great representation of how the company operates, very knowledgeable and took the time to diagnose and troubleshoot till he was absolutely sure we were in need of a new pump. Went to there location on Hwy 6. Spoke with a young lady about my sceptic system. She did take all my contact and location information. Waited two days never got a call. I called the office and talked to another young lady and gave her my contact info again. Another two days later never got one call. I guess they have more business than they can handle.
