These guys hit the water lines every day they work, even when clearly marked by water company. I know when I see their trucks we will be without water. In one day they hit the water line 8 times. Incompetent. I am disappointed to even have to put one star just to review them. Negative stars for their work capabilities.

One of their drivers has serious road rage issues. 🤬 I got distracted on a stop light, proceeded forward, and accidentally got in front of the employee. The employee driving the vehicle below flipped me off, rolled down his window, and started saying a lot of bad words. I called the phone number on the truck, talked to the owner, and provided him with the license plate number and notified him of the incident. I truly hope the owner considers addressing this issue with the employee. Otherwise, the employee will become a huge liability for the company. That is not good for business.

This seems to be a theme so far. The company is installing fiber cable in Trinity & hits the water lines every 5 feet or so. Seems like they forgot to get the 811 survey -"Call before you dig." All along our neighborhood they are leaving equipment piles and trash. I even left my trash can out to try to lessen the trash on the ground. Still had to pick up a left over take out cup & cut duct-tape sleeve. The roads are barely large enough for 2 cars to pass if one pulls to the side & these guys are also parking on the road blocking traffic in dangerous areas without warnings/flaggers to help with traffic or blocking both sides of the road.

If their business is ran anything like the way they install the fiber lines, I don’t want anything to do with them. They have broken the main water line in our neighborhood no less than five times. We have been without water in numerous occasions because of them. Needless to say I will not be subscribing

Put a telephone box on my property. I’ve called everyone and just continually get the run around. Absolute trash company.
