Buyer Beware I strongly recommend avoiding this seller. I should have read the Amazon and Google reviews before purchasing..., unfortunately, the negative feedback is accurate! After placing my order, the seller shipped the wrong item, and it turned out to be a much cheaper product than what I actually purchased. I immediately followed the return process and shipped the item back. The seller then informed Amazon that they had re-shipped the correct product, but no tracking number was ever provided, and nothing has been delivered. To make matters worse: 1. Their published phone number goes unanswered 2. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! We placed an order yesterday, and the website offered next-day air shipping. Today at 12:01 PM, we received confirmation of the charge for the tool, only to find that our order was canceled without any explanation. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your business practices. Please refrain from responding with excuses, as seen in your numerous one-star reviews.
