Gulf Coast Pump & Equipment

Gave me a bad grinder pump and told me it was under a 2 year warranty. Pump starting having issues the next week. They refused to honor the warranty, and forced me to buy a new pump . I did the right thing and didn’t put the cost on my customer, instead I ate the cost myself. I wish I could say that gulf coast pump knew what it means to have integrity. They are dishonest thieves who are only in business because of a lack of competition in their field

These guys are great, particularly Bill who dropped what he was doing today to help us solve an issue on one of our pumps. Would highly recommend!
