In many ways, a super contractor, but in the end, the worst building experience ever. From being threatened with liens from local lumber yards because contractor did not pay bill, which we had to pay, shotty craftsmanship like paint peeling after 1-month, corners not mitered properly and just filled with putty/caulk leaving very obvious contours in finish look, water heater leaked during construction due to not being plugged properly by his own people and flooded house then expected us to pay for the repair and labor, on and on, and on...attorney's hired, sort it out in court, but just be warned...stay away!!

I delivery 5 pallets of Bahia sod to him and he said he don't understand when I said how much it was for the sod plus delivery and he don't pay the full price for the delivery sorry but you can't do business like this very unprofessional
