I had an excellent experience with Gulf Coast Appliance, and Anthony was exceptional. His technical expertise, vast knowledge, and professionalism were immediately evident. He diagnosed and handled everything with confidence, and he was also very personable, respectful, and took the time to explain things clearly. Gulf Coast Appliance was highly responsive, with thoughtful communication and true professionalism throughout the entire process. It’s clear they take pride in their work and customer service. Anthony represents the company at the highest level, and it would be difficult to find better service anywhere. I strongly recommend Gulf Coast Appliance and especially Anthony without hesitation.

Dishwasher kept going into drain mode. Tech came out and did no troubleshooting. Basically said that since he didnt receive an error code that there wasnt anything he could do. He didnt pull out the dishwasher, check for any leaks that could trigger the action, didnt check the float switch or even clean out the drain filter or hose. Didnt even run a cycle to completion to see what happens. We were charged $159 for nothing. There was no effort whatsoever to try to address or look into any issue that could be the problem. Update: I did receive a call today from Gulfcoast, and they are sending another tech to come out and dig deeper. It was conveyed to me that the follow up is part of their normal process when the issue isnt resolved. Had that been communicated to me I would have waited

I had repair tech Tom, at my home on 12/20/25, as my relatively new washing machine was not working. He arrived early, thoroughly examined the machine and resolved the problem. His expertise and customer service was stellar. He also recommended suggestions to keep my washer functioning properly that was truly appreciated. I would highly recommend this company and this skilled technician Tom! He is highly professional and an asset to the company!
