While I expect a supplier to remain neutral and professional within the roofing community, I’ve noticed behavior from individuals associated with this supply house that goes beyond simply supplying materials. Specifically, I have observed sales representatives engaging online in public discussions where they attack or disparage roofing businesses rather than maintaining a professional, unbiased stance.
