There are very few places in St.Petersburg to get roofing supplies and amazing customer service. The big man that runs the place is just one hell of a great guy, when I was real young my grandfather use to take me with him to buy supplies and he always talked to me. As a young kid no one use to talk to me like an adult when we went to purchase thing's and I never forgot that. As I got much older I see how they treat employees and customers and it is amazing that good people are still out there.

We purchased materials for a roof replacement 5 1/2 yrs ago. I needed an invoice for certain materials to qualify for home owners insurance discount. I called and spoke to J.R. (I could be wrong on the initials and apologize if so) who spent 20 minutes trying to help me. Such outstanding customer service especially since I was not a sales prospect. Thank you so much!

What an amazing experience I had working with Darlene Railey! I ordered some materials for a project and turned out I ran into some challenges that required a contractor and had to return the order. I appreciate the no hassle return and the knowledgeable service I received when putting the project together. I instructed my contractor to reorder his materials through Gulfeagle Supply.
