ALEX RENFROE HAS ZERO KNOWLEDGE AND NO EXPERIENCE AS A BRANCH MANAGER IN THE ROOFING INDUSTRY AND DOES NOT EVEN KNOW THE SIMPLE BASICS. HE HAD A MAJOR ATTITUDE WHEN I WAS IN THE STORE ASKING QUESTIONS IN DETAIL ABOUT THE PRODUCTS AND SHINGLES I LEFT AND WILL NOT BE USING GULF EAGLE ANYMORE. NO ONE HERE HAS EXPERIENCE NOT EVEN THE OPERATORS OF THE TRUCKS. THIS IS A MAJOR CONCERN FOR A ROOFING COMPANY AND A PROBLEM FOR HOMEOWNERS AS WELL.. SRS DISTRIBUTION OR ABC SUPPLY CO. ARE THE BIGGER ROOF SUPPLIERS IN TOWN AND THEY BOTH HAVE EXPERIENCED ROOF LOADERS. DEFINITELY A BETTER SAFE OPTION. ALSO THE PHOTOS THEY HAVE POSTED ARE IRRELEVANT AND NOT OF THE VALDOSTA GA. BRANCH.
Terrance and Alex are both very knowledgeable and helpful. Hands down, the best customer service I've ever received from a supplier
The management here is a joke. Please run the other way.
