Gundlach's Service

Twice a year for the past nine years we have had Gundlach's come out to do a Spring and Winter check-up on our system. This time it was done by Josh. Impressive employee, well trained, able to answer every question we threw at him. While up in the attic he took pictures to explain the problems with our duct work. The solutions aren't inexpensive but are warrantied for 15 years. Like anything, from cars to computers to AC/Heating, it's always going to be cheaper before something breaks down and we really do appreciate Josh explaining all of our options to us , thanks Gundlachs!

I had only ever previously used Gundlach's for annual servicing. I knew they were more expensive than their competitors for this, but I was willing to pay the small amount extra because it wasn't that much, they had great customer service, and they were very fast. My experience with them changed completely when I needed actual work done. Long story short, my house needed a complete replacement of all the duct work and the estimate that Gundlach's gave me was was more than double what some other companies in town told me they would charge for the same job. MORE THAN DOUBLE! FOR THE SAME JOB! If you want to pay in excess of $10,000 more than multiple other companies in town are charging then you should definitely use Gundlach's. A regular Gundlach HVAC system maintenance was conducted at my home by Josh who was thorough, professional, and very nice. He explained what was needed and made recommendations. I was impressed with his knowledge and easy explanations. I will ask for Josh again for my maintenance checks.

Previous service still problematic with both toilets. Th6y often fail to shut off or spit off the cable that directs the stoppage of water. I can deal with it - better than going to an outhouse any day!! Both service providers were gracious, knowledgeable and helpful.! Winter service project excellent. All is well again .

Jacob was at our home today and was competant, explained all that he effectuated and was courteous and explained in a cogent manner all that he did today. I would recommend him unhesitatingly. H. Morley
