Gunns Restoration

I was amazed at how quickly Peter & Ron̈nie stuff back into the house. They were pleasant, courteous and presented themselves very well. My refrigerator had gotten messed up during the repairs and they cleaned the refrigerator to look just like new. As a bonus they even cleaned my oven.

We used Gunns to clean our linens after a house fire. They were very kind and helpful right after the fire. There was a misunderstanding on exactly how much they were taking/cleaning. They accommodated us to come out there on a Saturday to go back through everything to sort through exactly what they were going to clean and what was being gotten rid of. After that it became more difficult. After things were cleaned they brought back everything that was and was not cleaned. We were not asked if we wanted them to get rid of what was not cleaned. It was good that they didn't throw anything out because they did not clean quite a bit that I had set aside to be saved - including my AU son's stuff animals that were his big obsession. Peter, Ronnie and Brandon helped drop off some heavy materials from our House flood and they were quick, efficient and even helped me carry a dresser upstairs that was unrelated to them. All three nice guys and never complained when I asked for specific locations on the items. Appreciate these guys and their work!!

This company was easy to do business with. They took great care of our belongings. Kudos to Jennifer for all she did. Peter was very helpful on the return of our items.

Alonzo was very friendly and accommodating when picking up my rug to be cleaned after a water leak. On the other end, Peter was also very nice and friendly when delivering my rug back to me. Peter went above and beyond by cheerfully offering to clean a hanging lamp (including the bulbs!) under which the rug was about to be placed. And the rug looks great!
