The only reason I’m leaving 2 stars is because will call does a good job. As a new customer in the past year 50% of the Trane furnaces we have picked up have been dented or scratched. The small business (us) should not have to eat the cost of paying a laborer to return this product to GAL. Also, Our end user clients should not have to deal with scratched equipment with their brand new furnace. GA LARSON SHOULD. What other industry can you buy a premium product for full price, but with scratches and dents… ? Can’t think of any. I will take my business elsewhere due to the nonchalant attitude about “just take this scratched furnace” A little accountability goes a long way, a hundred bucks off or ANYTHING AT ALL, except full price. We have received zero compensation for ‘scratch and dent’

We couldn’t be happier with Nick and the team! They have bent over backwards in a really difficult time to make sure our small business could not just continue to stay afloat, but thrive. Do not let them sign you up to be a dealer or give you credit. You will never be able to sign in to your account to make your payments or see what your Trane points are. I was owed over $3000+ for being a dealer that I've never received. There sales rep spent 3 hours at my office as well on the phone with their tech support to get me signed in. We were never signed in. The box to sign in my dealer code was grayed out and we couldn't type it in. Do to this we had to pay with checks at the parts counter every month. We paid our account with them off monthly however out of nowhere we owed them over 40k. When asked how this could be we were told that their accountung department had been behind.???? So basically we were in a hole without knowing it even though we paid what the parts counter sa

Aggressive Latino employee reads pos wrong, doesn’t bring everything and when you ask him where the rest is, he tells you you’re wrong and it is what it is. Manager cleared it up but still not cool to tell the customer that they are wrong. Could be nicer in the ware house area. Veteran employee in the warehouse is very nice and needs a raise!
