the other locations appear to operate well, however this location has always been terrible. They will have incorrect inventory and tell you the parts are there or will bring parts in from other branches then never actually place the order, their phones don't always go to Madison, sometimes they will redirect you to Rockford Illinois and you'll arrive at the Madison location to find none of the parts you ordered are there. Overall it is incredibly frustrating and has been a reoccurring experience with multiple other issues related to the backend/billing. Hopefully they can figure it out....
