Let’s talk about about Gusto’s Heating & Air. After assessing my gas furnace. It was explained to me that my unit was just too old to try to get my much needed heat going again. I appreciated his patience with all my questions & concerns. Then I was given a reasonable price that I accepted and Augusto went to work on getting parts ready for the following day. He truly cared that I was without heat you see he had BIG PERSONAL plans already in motion but made a few phone calls and was able to fit me in. Per our agreement He came early, removed my old unit but “not without” construction road blocks. This is a 70+ year old house and definitely gave him challenges and took longer than he anticipated but, he got the job done with such professionalism I was amazed. He was able to install the new
