Our furnace was on the fritz during a very cold period. I think they had someone out to us in less than an hour. Furnace was back to working within 4 hours of our call for a reasonable price. Courteous, quick, efficient service.

My furnace wasn’t heating at all. I called Guthier Heating and spoke with Sara. She took my name and number and Jesse, the owner called back in 3 minutes. It was absolutely frigid outside and my house was getting cold. Mr. Guthier dispatched a team technician ( Ryan ), who was here in 30 minutes. Together they diagnosed the issue and it was promptly fixed. This whole situation could have been horrific. But, thanks to Sara, Jessie and Ryan, they saved the day. Thank you very, very much. They were about to diagnose the issue correctly and resolve same day. The gentlemen I spoke to on the phone did a great job of explaining and making sure I understood.
