Guthridge Property Maintenance

We had Guthridge Property Maintenance cut down about 10-12 trees in our HOA and trim brush back 2-3 feet around our island. They did an exceptional and very professional job. Google doesn’t allow zero stars - that’s unfortunate because Zach Guthridge has definitely earned zero. I paid him in March of 2025. After not doing anything for 4 months, he promised it would be completed by July 31st. That date came and went. Then he promised it would be done by August 9th. That date came and went. It’s now mid-September and my project still isn’t done. It’s been a HUGE headache as he has now breached our contract. I’m writing this only to warn others. Looks like my only other option is the legal one. You’ve been warned!!
