Gutierrez Construction did a great job on our back yard! Our hill was layered with a beautiful decorative brick, they cut the hill to also place a new shed, along with placing new sod . They were very easy to work with and the team was very nice and professional! We are calling them back next year to fix up our front yard and drive way!! I would definitely recommend them!!

I just clicked on all the options about what I liked about Gutierrez Constructions. They are excellent professionals and very detailed oriented. We did a full renovation of our backyard that included replacing the stairs to the backyard that were from the 1950s, laying a new concrete pathway, two new concret pads for future sheds, retaining walls and movement of our slopping yard and a 21 by 29 ft low deck. The results are amazing. Rafael and the team thought about important details like drains for the retaining walls, hiding away the gutter drains and a complicated option to keep our deck low like we wanted it. We are most definetely calling them back when we continue with the work we need to do, like the new sheds and our front yard and driveway.

They do an absolutely amazing job remodeling my house! They redid the deck, painted, installed new carpet and tiles, the whole 9. The house looked absolutely amazing after they were finished and we were able to sell the house in record time. We couldn’t have done it without them! I was thoroughly impressed.
