Gutter Doc

Mike came out and did a site survey and developed a scope of work. His guys arrived on time prepared to do the contracted job. Their job approval by me was excellent. It was a pleasure that a contractor returned my phone call and did all the work agreed upon in a very timely matter.

I called and left a message on June 5, 2020 and did not get a response. (Granted it was a Friday, so not the end of the world) I called again on June 8, 2020 (Monday) and I left a message, and my call was returned. I was told they would be out later that week for an estimate. It has been a full two business weeks with no estimate or response. Also, one thing to consider, put your business name on your voice message. Ex. Hi, thank you for calling Gutter Doc, sorry we can't take your call ... and so on. Currently, it is not set up that way. ------- July 9, 2020 You can't leave two reviews, so here is an update. I spoke with Mike again on July 7, he updated his voice recording as I suggested, thank you. Mike scheduled an appointment again with me on today, July 9. Not once, but twice,

I would never do business with this company. I called and set up an appointment and was told they would be out Monday and call me with an estimate. No show and no call. Tuesday I called to see what had happened and he told me he didn't remember talking to me. He said he would come out the next day and give me a call. No show and no call again. How they have stayed in business for 68 years is beyond me. Steer clear.

They repaired a section of gutter that had pulled away from the house and would dump water on our deck during rain. Price was affordable, service was timely and professional. I would use this company for gutter repair again in the future.

I am very satisfied with the wonderful work done on my house by this company. They are very knowledgeable and professional. I hope to use this company whenever I have a need.
