Ned’s gutter service showed up without prior authorization. When I realized that they had come to clean my gutters I told them not to proceed. I called the main line and told them I did not need or want my gutters cleaned. They emailed me a bill for the gutter cleaning the next day. I called to complain and they graciously charged me a reduced rate of $100.00 not to have my gutters cleaned. They told me I verbally agreed to have my gutters cleaned every fall in 2022. Beware! We wrote a letter informing them we don’t want any unsolicited gutter cleanings.

We are very satisfied with the service we received. The person I spoke to was friendly and gave me a lot of information about the services they offer and about an ongoing plan which would reduce the cost of future visits. The technicians let us know they were on the way and when they arrived, although we did not need to be at home for the gutter cleaning. They were quick and efficient. A very good experience.

The workers who came to the house to clean the gutters only took pictures of the outside of the house. How come they did not show any photos of the roof, gutters, or downspouts showing that their work was completed.
