The initial gutter cleaning was rather expensive given the amount of time it took the technician clean the gutters. The tech took photos to show spots where the gutters had become separated from the roof header and had been causing water to leak through. The technician also informed me that the current gutters were too small to handle the volume of water runoff based on the size of the roof and should be replaced. The quote for replacing the gutters was reasonable compared to other quotes and the installation of the new gutters was performed by the same technician that performed the initial cleaning.

Did annual gutter clean. Great. Fast. Thorough. Well priced. Quote was easy. Did not over harass us for feedback or their products. Will use again and suggest to others.

I use Gutter Guys to clean my gutters. Last time I made an appointment they had a cancellation and came early. My gutters were cleaned and they cleaned up behind them. Wouldn't have know they were there. I will be using them agaon & again!!

I had a very frustrating experience with this business. The initial gutter installation quote was not clear, containing either/ or options that were not explained, which made it difficult to understand exactly what I was paying for and inflated the quote. After I paid my 50% deposit, the issues continued. The installation was scheduled and then canceled twice. The most unprofessional part was receiving voicemails from both the office and the installer, with each blaming the other for the scheduling mistakes. I lost confidence in their ability to complete the job and ultimately requested a full refund of my deposit. The communication and lack of organization were unacceptable.

Offers great services to keep my gutters clean and working well I would recommend them for year-round service and when you're ready for some new gutters they are the installers that I will call.
