In my experience, the cost & installation of the gutter system was reasonable and well done. However, getting information from the person who answers the phone at the office, especially information regarding warranty and registration of the installation, is like asking for an audience with the President of the United States. In my experience, the woman I tried conversing with expresses the personality of a wet rag, was unable to answer any questions, and presented herself as unwilling to be of any assistance. After several MONTHS of phone messages I left, no one has returned my calls for assistance. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Horrible customer service. Multiple issues with failure to show up to appointments which you schedule weeks in advance. Then they say they will have to call you back to reschedule. Which they don't. And then you make several calls and they never return them. I cannot express enough that you need to stay far away from them. Save yourself the time and headaches and go to another company that actually wants your business.

We had a recent install of gutter helmet at our home. They did a very nice job with the installation and answered all our questions. After about a month my husband noticed a small issue in the corner of one of the gutters. He called and they came very quickly to solve the issue. Keep in mind we live 3 hours from their office. Folks that is great service!

My Gutter Helmet system was installed in 2003 and today June 5, 2025 is the first time I have had to contact them with a gutter stoppage. They came out and removed the stoppage and adjusted the storm damaged panel that created the problem at no charge to me. Gutter Helmet system works, very very well. I was tired of paying to have my gutters cleaned out as I have pine needles as my nemesis! I purchased Gutter Helmet late 2023, installed in early 2024. After installation, everything seemed to be working well. Recently, I noticed two areas that were overflowing, one located at my front porch. I called in mid-October and a service technician arrived in a few days. He explained there were two issues- 1. Downspout elbow was clogged (fixed) 2. Due to steep roof pitch, a corner water diversion needed more holes (replaced). I am pleased I chose this product. From sales to minor repair, I have received excellent service. Clear explanations. Pleasant. Professional. Highly recommend!
