Gutter Pro

They are not the company they used to be. I would guess that they use cheaper labor. Having one person barely speak English and the other not at all, is a turn off for me when I want the ability to clearly talk with anybody who works on my house. This is important when, as an example, one of them decides to blow out all the mulch underneath one of my bushes into my yard. I liked the company when it was a small company of hard working individuals trying to make a name for themselves. It is now part of a conglomerate that is much less personalized where you will never get to know the people actually doing the work. *Update* The company did call me to get more details about my experience. I have used Gutter Pro for several years and have never been disappointed in the quality and professionalism of their work. Shane and his crew go above and beyond great service. They show up when they say they will, do a great job cleaning the gutters and downspouts and THEN they do a fantastic job cleaning up all the debris around the house! I never worry about not being at home when they come because they are good, honest professionals. I LOVE Gutter Pro!!

I have been a customer with Gutter Pro for 2 years, they clean my gutters twice a year and they do an excellent job and I just had them pressure wash my drive way, front porch, back patio, and the exterior of my house and I am very very pleased with the results CLEAN and my driveway looks like new along with the front and back patio my house looks great! I have used Gutter Pro for the last 2 years. Began using them from a recommendation from a neighbor. Great service. I am never concerned about not being home. They get there and get the job done right the first time. Very pleased with everything they have done as well as value for the service. They also do a nice job cleaning up unlike so many others. GP will continue to be my preferred service provider.

I had gutters cleaned and house and workshop pressure washed. This was third time that I have used them to clean gutters and am satisfied with the job performed on gutters only. This was first time I used them to pressure wash the house I am not pleased with a couple of aspects with regards to house washing. First , they got too close to one shutter on front porch and chipped off large sections of paint with their pressure washer. They knew damage had occurred as they cleaned up flooring on porch or chipped off paint. There was no other shutter affected as house has 8 shutters. They did not mention this and left as if nothing happened. Honesty and trustworthy to complete job I rate as unsatisfactory. Second , they did not wash back porch deck as if it is not part of the house. They did w
