GutterShutter Tri-State

The owner of Gutter Shutter has Retired so the Clog Warranty is NOT Valid anymore. Gutter Shutter is the worst investment I have made. Installed August 2021 and They have been back several times to try and fix the problem of water running right over the gutters. The tops that they put on the gutters have too few holes to let the water in the gutters. I also think that the gutters are to far below the roof line and when it rains hard the water just goes right over the top of the gutters. It will probably be up to me to adjust the gutters higher and probably take the tops off so that they catch the water coming off the roof. Would NEVER recommend Gutter Shutter! The gutter guards are a joke! The water runs off of them and they do not honor a warranty if the original person that sold them goes out of business!! We are having all of ours replaced due to numerous issues with clogging and improper drainage. I called the company and they were absolutely NO help and were not friendly!!

Gutters were installed 5.5 months ago and I am still having issues with end caps leaking and damaging woodwork on my house. Installers showed up 1 day later on a Saturday with no notice. Gutters were installed incorrectly without drip edge causing water to cascade down the brick of my house. Gutter Shutter has been out for 4 services visits so far. It took two certified letters to get them to take the issues seriously. Company offers a money back guarantee if you are not delighted. When the guarantee was brought up to one of their representatives they threatened to "lawyer up" against me. I do not recommend this company and am considering having their product removed from my house out of fear of further damage from leaky gutters.

We had Gutter Shutter installed on our home in March 2016. Really nice gutters & the color matched up with the home very well. What use take 2 days to clean out the gutters on a ladder (168 ft.) now is just 20 minutes to clean out the 6 down spouts pop out trays. What a nice work difference this is on a 2 - story home. In May 2019 we were affected by the Memorial Day Tornado that blew through our neighborhood in Beavercreek, Ohio. Our house was hit hard serious damage to the roof, gutters, & much more. When it came time Shannon (office manager) helped me with Home Insurance claim, and Dustin (Service Manager) handled the new gutter installation process. The worst gutter system on the market, yes they do clog, they can't handle heavy rain, the rain pours over the edges causing damage to home and yard. Very difficult to keep clean, maintain, or remove tops. Paid a premium 4 years ago for poor design. Do not use this system for your home or project, way too many other better options.
