From the start, there were multiple issues. I was initially overcharged, and both my billing and delivery addresses were entered incorrectly. After getting that corrected, I was told the dispatch manager would call the day before delivery to confirm scheduling. When placing the order, I clearly stated that Wednesday was the only day I would not be available for inspection and delivery. Despite this, delivery was attempted on Wednesday, with no prior phone call, no voicemail, and no notice left at my home. I only found out because I happened to receive a notification and checked my security cameras while I was at work. Im very happy with the company l have used them for 7 years started service when they where Weaver's I'm on a budget plan and maintinance plan witch works great Zach and Chris serviced my furnace this year and did a great job they explained everything and cleaned up when done I highly recommend them. When I needed emergency service two years ago they made time to come out. I have recommended Guttman in Lititz Pa to friends.

Zach cleaned and serviced our aging furnace. He gave us good tips and suggestions for future heating options when our furnace leaves this world. ;) He was friendly, courteous and helpful. I’m glad to see the new owners of the heating company are doing well.

As a previous customer of Weaver Energy, I was a little concerned whether the level of service would be maintained. The service was excellent. The technician was able to troubleshoot and explain the problem and communicated very well. He made some temporary changes while parts were being located and continued to keep me informed. I couldn't have asked for better service. I should note that we had previously contacted another service company who were unable to solve the problem. The technician, Aaron, earned my respect and I will be a regular customer.
