My husband and I were unfortunately ones that were victims of the floods from Hurricane Florence. I was devastated at what 29” of water did within our home. EVERYTHING had to be replaced from walls to ceiling. We called upon GUY SMITH to be our Plummer and he physically had to redo both of our bathrooms from the beautiful walk-in shower, to the tub/shower unit to the toilets, as well as all other plumbing issues within our kitchen and under the house. Guy was very professional from the very beginning. He explained everything from start to finish and answered all our questions. Once he was able to get in our home everything went according to his word. We are extremely happy with his work and will not hesitate to call upon Guy Smith again. Thank You Guy!

I’d give him 0 stars if it was an option. Hired him as the plumber in our new build and he would show up whenever he felt like it was convenient for him. The only tradesmen who was difficult to get a hold of and who wouldn’t show up when scheduled to. His helper Lorenzo left a bottle of plumber glue in our brand new tub and it leaked everywhere, ruining the brand new tub. When asked to replace it he said it wasn’t his glue. Our Superintendent and electrician saw his helper put the bottle in the tub, yet he won’t accept the blame for company’s actions. Very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone.
