10 stars wouldn't be enough to capture how wonderful it's been to work with Guy's on our kitchen and family room renovation. A friend recommended one of their veteran design pros, Lona, so we knew she'd be fabulous in all the ways: product knowledge, design direction and execution/project management (which she is!), but had no idea EVERY craftsman and supervisor who came to do everything from a complicated wood floor restoration, to templating, fabricating and putting in our stone countertops to expertly installing a trickly backsplash and one of a kind materials for a fireplace wall. The Guy's team are a well-oiled machine-they communicate clearly, professionally, in a timely manner and man, are they thorough! I can't say enough about the team from Guy's Floor service. They recently refinished the floors in my house and the entire process could not have gone any smoother. Beware. Poor craftsmanship. Our fireplace installed by guys via our builder is completely botched. Poor lines, grout lines uneven, using chipped tiles, tiles not sanded down and they also used different color tiles. Worst mistake of our life and now we are going to be out $10k to pay someone else to rip this down and put it back up. Not to mention our shower has two cracked tiles and they still installed over it. Also see gap in flooring that builder refuses to fix because they would have to rip everything out
