Josh and his workers found a leak in mini split , they went the extra mile and charged it every other day until my warranty unit came in no charge . Quick and fast install . 10/10 great pricing and honest people which is super rare to find these days .

Scheduled to replace hvac on a Wednesday. Called about 10am day of to reschedule for next day, Thursday. Never show up on Thursday, never called didn’t call Friday, we had to reach back out several times. Finally get hvac installed over a week later, shotty job, no caps on condensers, no armaflex, couldn’t even zip tie the thermostat wire.

I don’t ever address things like this on social media, but this is the only way I know to reach out & get awareness. I can definitely attest to dissatisfaction. The guys rushed to do repairs in a Friday before a holiday weekend. Flooded my home, office & gym, didn’t address it for 3 days after calling & emailing, texting several times. We even had the on call service out to address another hot water leak from a poorly repaired line that day and alerted the plumber. 7 months later - still fighting with their insurance to get repairs started. And they acknowledged the damages as 100% their responsibility. Very disappointed as a local business to handle things so poorly.

We trust Guy's. They are honest, prompt, and reasonable. They don't try to sell you a new heating/air unit every time a problem comes up.

5 stars because not only did I have to call once but twice in a week period for two different situations at my house. First my plumbing was backing up so I scheduled a appointment for a later time, well over the weekend when temperatures decided to hit in the high 90s my ac went out! I called them the following morning and not only did they show up when they said they would but fixed it in less than a hour! The following day they came to fix my plumbing! Both men were so kind and professional ! Definitely will be calling them back if I have any other problems. Highly recommend!
