Worked with Gary for many years but disengaged a couple years ago due to the same pattern continuing (shelling out $ on a regular basis for service while suffering from a leaky PTAC that repeatedly destroyed our wood floors). We and our HOA has been shifting to other providers over time. 1. Positives: They stock or work with a disty that stocks Islandaire EZ16 units which otherwise have a long factory leadtime. Pricing is the normal very high pricing you can expect for HVAC services ($200~$300+ per hour) these days last we checked but not higher than that. 2. Negatives: We and the previous owners of our condo have purchased new Islandaire EZ16 units, installed by GVK at least twice. In 2010 and 2020. Honest business. I had them come out because I wanted another quote on two new AC units. Turns out I didn’t even need one they flip a breaker in the unit and both units start making cold air. The company that inspected the unit for service told me both units were bad and needed to be replaced 6500. GVK will get all my business and my friends too. Thanks guys.

My old Islandaire air conditioner unit was done.I called GVK and got a visit in one day, and had a new air conditioner installed 2 days later. No muss, no fuss. Thank you Gary.

The unfaithful and irresponsible company I ever met. I count them only sergeant, soldier level far below a star which blinking on the sky. It is miracle as like the Pyramid how they are still surviving among the competitors. GVK Tech, a guy for covers for sales the other one leaving from home for covers for repair everyday but they are called an employee under named of company, still local agent of Islandaire PTAC unit in nothern NJ which subsidiary company of Frigidaire air conditioner. What a poor the Islandaire's service network that is disqualified a repair man, Gary (not sure his skills) never shows up since last May after initial visit, over four months who impolite and broken promised one, never explained raason for delay or excuse, covers for warranty repairs in nothern New Jersey

Vahe provided great communication, provided our solution *unbelievably* quickly, worked well and quickly on the job, and was on time the several times he came over. But what really puts him in a class of his own is that before doing what I had in mind, he offered to try a solution to save us money (!!). I can’t remember the last time someone did that. Really appreciate him.
