John is an experienced, fabulous technician. He is thorough and explains everything. I happened to have plumbing work done that same day and their tech told me that my furnace was installed very, very, well and that I should continue to use GV's. This was totally unsolicited! A fantastic company!

GV’s did a great job fixing my air conditioning system! I got home from work to no a/c. Dawn helped schedule an appointment for the next morning, and the technician, Jake, helped get everything back into operation. Everyone throughout this process was incredibly nice and helpful. GV’s found a crack in our furnace and when the furnace manufacturer couldn’t get the replacement part, they were able to get a replacement of the entire unit. They acted fast and got our heat up and running quickly, which was great given we were in the middle of winter with some very cold Chicago nights!

GVS is excellent for customer service, follow-up, new systems install, annual maintenance, and repair. GVS installed new system for us and has continued to visit for annual season maintenance visits and servicing. Knowledge, timely, and affordable pricing. Highly recommended.
