Great first-time experience with G&W! My needs were very simple and Scott was able to provide a quote over the phone (unlike the first two locksmith companies I called who tried to give me the run-around.) Scott was able to come out in a short period of time and fix my issue quickly for a very fair price. Truck, equipment, appearance, and service were very professional. I hope I don't ever need a locksmith again, but if I do, I will be sure to go directly to them.

Scott and Ben were simply fantastic! I just bought my first home, which happens to be older, and I wanted to re-key the locks but keep the vintage, charming locks on the doors. These gentlemen worked diligently to honor my request and their pricing was great! I will absolutely refer friends & family to G & W and call upon them again for all future needs! Truly a gem of a business!

These guys are excellent. My wife and I just purchased a new home, and with all the vendors we have contracted with they have been the best. They were immediately responsive from the very beginning and answered a text I sent them at 10am at night. Their prices were fair. They were professional and they were in and out in no time. When we forgot to get one door rekeyed, they came back the next day and took care of it right away with no additional charge. That's what I call earning my business, and doing what it takes to build up loyal customer base. We will definitely call them the next time we need a locksmith.

Wonderful service. Came out early this morning and was very knowledgeable. Was able to quickly redo my locks, let me know what types I had and even fix some issues that I didn't know existed. He was very careful to walk me through each of my options and show me specifically everything he was doing and why. Great great service! Highly reccomend.

Scott was amazing! He rekeyed our locks, installed a deadbolt, and fixed our other latch issues. He’s quick, kind, and professional. We will definitely be using him again if we ever need a locksmith!
