Gulf Western Roofing is a local company with highly experienced staff. They provided a new roof for me following Hurricane Irma in 2019. During bi annual checks there have been a couple of minor issues to address, but the team is always very focused, courteous and careful with what they do especially with a complex roof -see photo. It is reassuring to know the company takes pride in in their work and are always focused on providing the best locally based roofing service in the Greater Estero area. Choosing a company to install a new roof is a matter of trust. I can't emphasize enough how impressed I have been with the entire process with Gulf Western. Chris Fox was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and very patient with all of our questions. The on-site supervisor, Jimmy, was equally knowledgeable, responsive, and patient, ensuring everything was up to his, and the company's highest standards. The crew was incredible - highly skilled teamwork evidenced every day. And the process (paperwork, permits, inspections and deliveries) was seamless. We asked for over a month for this Pulte roofing contractor to repair damaged tiles from a flat concrete tile roof. After many attempts, we had another company replace the tiles. We requested 50 more tiles and they wanted to charge us $1,000 to pickup 50 tiles. A tile roof that was installed just a couple months ago. GWR partnered with Pulte, one of the most trusted builders in America who built an excellent 10/10 home. GWR does not follow through with requests and should focus on creating a customer-centric experience as one of Pulte’s contractors.
