We met Luke in 2010 when we replaced windows on the 1963 built Kane'ohe home we had just purchased. The window vendor recommended Luke when the person we had hired to install the new windows dropped out suddenly. What a blessing to have the H-1 team step in and get the job done efficiently and beautifully. I contacted H-1 Construction for a partial home remodel and I was very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work. During the process a flaw was discovered with the original home build and Luke at H-1 corrected the problem, no hesitation and no outrageous price increase, he just handled it.
