When I needed to replace a Rheem water heater (with a worthless warranty from Home Depot) after only 5 years, I found the Bradford White brand, which is only installed and warranted by real plumbers. H&H Plumbing reviewed well, and I picked them to install the new unit. Highlights - VALUE: Of four bids, H&H was in the middle, with a fixed price that included the unit, installation, changes in my home to meet code, all costs to permit and inspect the work, and an added 10 year parts and tank warranty from the manufacturer. I was not disappointed! H and H had an appointment that day and were available to come to our NRH dental office within 3 hours and had the leak fixed within an hour.
