This included adding a bathroom, removing a fireplace and raising a sunken living area to create a much needed living area. H Bond’s bid was not the lowest but I chose them for 3 reasons. 1) A neighbor who used them recommended them highly. 2) Their estimator, Spencer, was more professional than folks from the other companies, and 3) Their proposal explained what they would do in detail, showing they understood what had to be done.
