I'm extremely impressed with this company. We experienced issues with our furnace early this morning. I called HD Services shortly after and within 3 hours the issue was resolved. That includes the technician leaving to pick up the part. Fantastic customer service. Thank you! To those with AHS, I called HD Services directly, they got the ball moving, and then I called AHS to start a service ticket. It saved what I'd imagine would have been a lot of time.

We have AHS warranty and needed our furnace serviced after hearing some squealing. The turn around time was less than 2 weeks before a technician came out, diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and came back to finish the job. Owen did a great job describing the issues and the process of fixing them. He was friendly, knowledgeable and kept in constant communication. Getting our furnace serviced was a positive experience. This is our first time with the company and we weren’t disappointed.

Needed my AC fixed pronto & they worked us in super quickly. Guy came over & fixed my AC in less than 24 hours since requesting service. It was on a weekend too! Thanks so much!

We have AHS home warranty and have had HD Services out multiple times for various things. Last year was a coil leak and we were able to have 1/3 of our unit replaced with no trouble. Today I called and within an hour, the tech had already been to my house and finished the replacement of the compressor. Super fast, super friendly and knowledgeable and I am thankful!

Excellent service, even though it's in full bloan heat advisory, they managed to come to my house and help us. The next day when we had an issue that was not related, they were able to work us in and get everything fixed up Their technicians were knowledgeable and explained everything very well. It's the staff taking the phone calls was very patient and kind.Thank you
