Andrew and Barry has installed a new Trane AC in my home and about a 8 months later there was a lock out code. I called and left a message, Andrew immediately called me and was at my home within an hour. Andrew bypassed the issue so my unit would run and returned later to replace the part. Exceptional service with a smile and a few laughs. Great group and I would highly recommend.

The people at H E Smith were kind enough to come out and fix what another service team hadn’t been able to repair after 2 separate visits (I think they intentionally slashed one of the air conditioning ducts). Dawson was able to find the problem within 2 minutes, and get it fixed as well as other issues. I was impressed with their team, and had them back out to instal a bathroom vent and new night fixtures today. It’s nice to know I have people I can trust and rely on for anything else I might need.

My air stopped cooling last night at about 8pm. I called and left a message this morning early (Sunday) and was called back within 5 min and a tech (Barry) was at my house in less than 15min. He had my a/c blowing ice cold in no time. I cant say enough about how friendly and knowledgeable the tech was. I have actually used this company before and never have a problem. I highly recommend them. 10 stars!

The owner is awesome! His team installed a new Trane system that works amazingly and were super friendly and professional. Super fast too, called the office and 2 days later my home was cool again. Awesome price too!

Shelby was awesome....Just bought Trane's high efficiency most expensive AC available with extended labor warranty...Called shortly before closing and he was able to get out within an hour....w gauges hooked up found system low on refrigerant...mins. later found cracked weld and was able draw down refrigerant and repair weld inside condenser. Vacuumed system, recharged, and restarted. Thanks again....highly recommend.
