They are solid. Very specific selection, but if they have what you need, you will get a fair price. No finished flooring but pretty much all the sundries. Their Schluter selection is great.
Asked for a linear grate that wasn’t in stock. Was told they could special order and it would only cost $75 for next day shipping. Product never arrived! Learned after the fact it was never ordered at all. Figures.
