H & H Service Company

My wife and I bought our present property in Bivins, Texas. It was in serious need of a new HVAC system. We called a couple of people but Jarrod returned our call and he just sounded positive. We had him over and explained what I wanted and he fixed us up way beyond my expectations. Our daughter and son-in-law were outfitting her she shed so we asked H&H to answer the call again. And no issues. When my shop was built I called Jarrod yet again and they came through again. I give them a five star rating because any HVAC issues he addresses. He was unable to answer my call today so he sent Clayton Craig to address an issue with my unit. That is so important to me and now our HVAC is running like new. H & H did a great job on a project for me. They were very prompt with their quote, doing the work and following up with me on a question I had later. Jarrod and his team are a pleasure to work with. Definitely recommend this company!

They first came by and assessed the repairs we needed at the Atlanta SDA church. This was Friday. Then told me it may by over a week before they will be available to make the repairs. Low and behold they called me Monday and told me they were on the way. As an elder it is my job to open the doors. They replaced some bulbs that are plenty high and a ballast or 2. Now they all light! Thank you H & H.

Had our system gone over for the year. Very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Will most definitely use again and be happy to refer others.
